EduLink Portal Terms of Service (MVP)

Scope

• These terms apply to your use of the EduLink Portal (the “Portal”).
• The Portal helps families manage enquiry, profile data, recommendations, document checklists, travel plans and visa drafts.

Account & acceptable use

• You should provide accurate contact and factual information; inaccurate inputs may lead to inaccurate outputs.
• You must not abuse the Portal (spam submissions, bypass attempts, or other harmful behaviour).

AI assistance & disclaimer

• AI outputs are for information organisation, drafting and form-filling assistance.
• AI outputs are not legal/visa/immigration advice and do not guarantee admission or visa outcomes. Always verify with official requirements.
• If you request adviser review/support, it is an additional service and may incur fees (subject to confirmation).

Documents & uploads

• You must have the right to upload any materials and obtain necessary authorisations.
• Avoid uploading unnecessary or unrelated sensitive information.

Availability

• We strive to keep the Portal available, but it may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or due to third-party services.
• We are not responsible for delays/losses caused by networks, third parties, or user-side issues, to the extent permitted by law.
